ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a sales team member for Dylan Gregory State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations, generating referrals and quoting new prospects.

We have an obligation, to each customer and their family, as their Insurance and Financial Service professional, to be certain that they are protected on their worst day, even if it is not with us.

  • Quote Prospects
  • Close Prospects 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Be a good human. 
  • Eager and willing to learn the details and specifics of the various State Farm Insurance and financial service products. (there are a lot)
  • Ability to find and generate leads.
  • Self-motivated by own personal and professional goals. 
  • Be able to pass the MS Insurance Property & Casualty and Life & Health test.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
